The 304 stainless steel outer shell forms a spiral profile that bends for repositioning while maintaining its overall shape. A continuous internal water channel carries water from end to end without segmented joints. Standard 0.75 inch threaded fittings connect directly to common residential faucets and outdoor accessories.
Every Task Gets Its Setting
The included brass spray nozzle features multiple spray patterns selected by rotating the adjustment collar. Users can switch between dispersed spray, medium coverage, and concentrated stream without disconnecting the hose. Water travels through the continuous internal channel under a maximum input pressure of 5 bar supplied by standard faucet systems. The nozzle threads directly onto the hose without requiring additional adapters for typical outdoor setups. Matching threaded ends also allow compatible hoses to be connected together when additional reach is needed.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
