Payment Options

All prices and payments on Charbie Chloe are in US dollars (USD). You can review the items, quantities and final total in Shopify checkout before placing your order.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Wallet options depend on the device, browser and eligible payment methods available to you; checkout displays the options you can use for your order.

Checkout and payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and its payment providers over an encrypted connection. Enter payment information only in checkout. Our customer-service team will not ask you to send full card details by email or through the contact form.

Prices and shipping

The selected variant and quantity determine the price of your order. Any applicable promotion is shown before you pay. Standard shipping to the United States is free, with no minimum purchase. Review the final checkout total before confirming payment. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fees if applicable to your account.

If a payment does not go through

Check the billing details and available balance, or contact your payment provider. If you are unsure whether an order was placed, check for an order confirmation or contact us before trying again. Include your email address and any order number, but do not send full card details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a returned item, we inspect it within 3 business days of receipt and issue an approved refund within 7 calendar days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Refunds for an unshipped order canceled because of a dispatch delay follow the separate process in our Shipping Policy.

See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions, and our Shipping Policy for delivery and cancellation information.
