This solar fountain pump combines a glass solar panel with an integrated pump in a compact 11 × 11 × 1.6 in housing for bird baths, ponds, and small outdoor water features. Four adjustable fixed rods help position the fountain inside bird baths with an inner ring diameter from 12 to 20 in without separate assembly. Compared with floating fountain styles that shift with water movement, the fixed rod design keeps the fountain positioned near the center of the basin. The glass solar panel is designed for direct sunlight operation while powering both the pump and integrated lighting.
Light Up Every Evening
The fountain includes six interchangeable nozzles that create six different spray patterns for various water displays. An adjustable spray valve provides three spray height settings ranging from approximately 4 to 23 in to match different bird bath sizes. Built-in LED lights automatically cycle through seven colors after stored solar energy is available for nighttime illumination. Two water sensing probes stop pump operation when the water level becomes too low to help prevent dry operation. Pre-installed filter sponges reduce the amount of leaves, dust, and debris entering the pump during use.
Keep Water Flowing Smoothly
Installation requires placing the fountain in clean water under direct sunlight and adjusting the four rods to fit the bird bath opening. The removable nozzles and filter sponges can be rinsed periodically to maintain water flow. Routine cleaning helps minimize debris buildup inside the pump housing. The design is simple to move between bird baths, shallow ponds, and small pools as needed. When not in use, the compact unit stores easily on a shelf or inside a garden storage cabinet.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
