Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

How do I choose a product option?

How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. The cone holder is the part I didn't know I needed until I used it. It keeps the cone perfectly upright while the ice shaves down into it, so you're not holding everything together with one hand while trying to crank with the other. Really well thought out.
what I noticed pretty quickly is how fine the shave actually is. it comes out light and fluffy, not crushed or chunky, so the syrup soaks through evenly instead of just pooling on top. makes a huge difference in how it tastes.

ok this thing is actually so fun to use
It's compact enough to store easily but feels solid when it's sitting on the counter. The shaving mechanism is smooth and doesn't take a ton of effort to turn. Cleaned up fast after we used it, which I always appreciate.

I was worried it wouldn't hold enough ice per serving since I've bought small machines before that barely fill a cup. But the 16oz capacity is genuinely generous, fills the cone nicely without having to crank it twice.

My last shaved ice machine would jam constantly and leave big chunks of ice instead of actually shaving it fine. This one shaves smooth and consistently every single time, no chunks, no jamming. My kids use it on their own now without me hovering.
