The system includes three syrup bottles in cherry, grape, and blue raspberry flavors, each designed for direct pouring with included bottle pourers. Each bottle yields approximately eight 6 oz servings when using a 2 oz pour. The kit also includes 25 cups and 25 spoon straws to support multiple servings in one session. No additional preparation steps such as dilution are required for the syrups.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?
Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. What I noticed right away is that the machine shaves the ice fine enough that it actually soaks up the syrup instead of it all pooling at the bottom of the cup. That makes a huge difference in how it tastes all the way through.
The kit comes with three different syrup flavors and they're actually distinct from each other, not just slightly different shades of the same sweetness. Having the cups and straws included means I didn't have to scramble for anything extra before the party.

Told my sister to grab one of these after I got mine. She was nervous it would be flimsy since it looked small in the photos, but she texted me saying it feels solid and the syrups are actually really flavorful. We were both pleasantly surprised.
It handles ice from a standard home freezer just fine, no special ice needed. I just used regular cubed ice and it came out fluffy and light. The portion per cup is generous too, not tiny little servings.

The cups and straws that come with it actually fit the portions properly. Previous kits I bought had cups that were too small or straws that were too wide and made a mess. Everything here works together like it should.

the straws that come included are the right width for slurping up syrup and soft ice together. seemed like a small detail but it genuinely makes the whole experience better than using regular straws.
