Each chair combines a polyurethane seat surface with Textilene fabric fill supported by double elastic bungee cords along the reclining section. The frame is rated to support up to 300 lb per chair while maintaining a foldable structure. A detachable padded pillow slides along the upper frame to accommodate different seating positions. Compared with fixed-frame chairs, the folding construction occupies less storage space between uses.
Lock In Your Recline
Each chair features a lockable reclining system that adjusts up to 145°. Elastic side cords move with the backrest as the chair changes position while supporting the seat. A removable cup holder attaches to the side for drinks, phones, or other small personal items. Both chairs share the same reclining mechanism and matching design for a consistent seating setup.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
