Turn a backyard grill into a dedicated pizza station with this grill top pizza oven designed for compatible grills and ovens. The painted alloy steel housing forms an enclosed baking chamber that surrounds pizzas with heat while remaining separate from the grill surface. A ceramic pizza stone provides a dedicated cooking surface for pizzas up to 12 in in diameter. Measuring 18 × 15 × 6.5 in and weighing 13 lb, the oven fits on many cooking stations without taking up unnecessary space.
Heat That Surrounds Every Slice
Place the pizza oven directly on a compatible gas, charcoal, pellet, or wood-fired grill grate, or inside a compatible kitchen oven before preheating. Heat transfers through the grill surface into the ceramic baking stone by conduction while the enclosed chamber circulates heat around the pizza. The integrated thermometer displays the internal cooking temperature without opening the lid. The ceramic stone also allows moisture from the dough to escape during baking while maintaining direct contact with the base.
Packs Away Until Next Time
No assembly is required before first use, allowing the oven to be positioned directly onto a compatible cooking surface. After cooking, allow all components to cool completely before cleaning the painted alloy steel housing and ceramic baking stone. The rectangular profile stores alongside pizza peels, grill tools, and other outdoor cooking accessories when not in use. This unit is intended only for grill tops or compatible ovens and is not designed for standalone heating.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
