This meat grinder attachment is constructed from diecast aluminum with stainless steel components for consistent mechanical operation. Inside the Grinding Process
The attachment operates through the stand mixer’s motor, transferring rotational force to a metal grinding worm and cutting blade system. It includes four grinding plates with varying hole diameters to support different textures. Two cutting blades are provided for replacement or rotation during extended use. The system can process up to approximately 2 lb of ingredients per minute, depending on mixer speed and ingredient type. Three sausage stuffer tubes in different diameters allow portioning into casings of varying sizes. The feed tube and tray are sized to accommodate small to medium ingredient portions.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. What I didn't expect was how much difference having multiple plate sizes actually makes. I use the coarse plate for burger blends and the fine one for smoother sausage fillings, and the results really are noticeably different. Nice to have that control built right into the set.

It mounts to the front of my stand mixer the same way other attachments do, which I appreciated. No adapters or fiddling around, just attach and go. The whole grinder head feels really substantial once it's locked in.
The metal construction means it doesn't pick up odors the way my old one did. After grinding lamb or fish, a quick wash and it smells completely clean. That alone makes it worth it for me.

the pusher tool that comes with it is actually useful, not just a token safety piece. it fits the feed tube well and gives you real control over how fast meat goes in. ended up using it almost every time.
