Metal Garden Spade Shovel with Fiberglass Shaft for Soil Digging
Product details
Cut Through Tough Ground
This 38 in garden shovel features a pointed metal spade blade with a fiberglass shaft for digging, edging, and soil transfer tasks. The forged blade shape moves through compact soil, mulch, gravel, and planting rows with controlled ground contact. The D-shaped grip includes a textured surface for steady handling in wet or uneven ground conditions. Compared with longer wood-handle shovels, the shorter frame fits more easily inside sheds, patio bins, and vehicle cargo areas.
Short Frame, Strong Reach
The compact spade design works for transplanting, trench edging, campsite prep, and clearing small digging areas. Its 8.2 in blade length allows controlled use in raised beds, narrow corners, and fence lines. The reinforced blade-to-shaft connection supports repeated scooping and lifting tasks. The D-grip handle adds leverage when loosening packed dirt or working around roots and stones. This shovel also fits camping gear setups, roadside kits, trailers, and garage storage systems.
Set Down, Store, Reuse
The shovel uses a lock-in threaded connection system for tool-free assembly. Its compact footprint stores easily inside car trunks, camping totes, RV compartments, and backyard cabinets. The fiberglass shaft and metal blade rinse clean after use around mud, soil, compost, or sand. When disassembled, the segmented layout takes up less storage space during the off-season.
