This 118 inch manual retractable awning creates overhead coverage for patios, balconies, backyard seating areas, and outdoor gathering spaces. The canopy uses PU-coated woven fabric supported by an aluminum alloy roller and powder-coated iron support rods. Height adjusts from 82 to 118 inch, while the side bars can be positioned at 47, 53, or 59 inch depending on the available space. Powder-coated metal components help resist rust and surface corrosion during outdoor placement.
Crank Into the Right Position
A manual crank handle extends and retracts the canopy without requiring electrical connections or powered controls. The roller assembly allows the canopy angle to be adjusted anywhere from 0° to 90° for different sun positions throughout the day. Side bars provide three projection settings to match patios, windows, balconies, and entryways. Height adjustments can be made to align the frame with a range of door and window openings. The tensioned fabric remains supported across the frame while the awning is extended or repositioned.
Ready Between Outdoor Seasons
Installation can be completed near doors, windows, patios, balconies, cafés, or storefront entrances using the adjustable frame system. When not in use, the fabric rolls neatly around the aluminum alloy roller for compact storage against the frame. Powder-coated iron support rods remain attached during routine adjustment and seasonal use. The 25 lb construction allows the awning to be moved into position before final assembly. The woven canopy can be cleaned with a soft cloth as part of regular outdoor maintenance.

Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
