Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. My last ceiling fan had a separate light kit that kept flickering and eventually just stopped working altogether. This one has the light built right in and it's been solid since I got it. No flickering, no weird buzzing, nothing. Really happy I bought this and it looks so good and expensive 😊.
LOVE THIS FAN
Three fan speeds and they're all genuinely different. Low is barely noticeable but good for sleeping, medium is my everyday setting, and high moves real air. The remote response time is instant, no delay at all when you click.
Really pleased with this. It looks much more modern than what I had before and the light is bright enough that I removed the old floor lamp I was using. Two things in one and it does both well.

Honestly the remote just works. I've had ceiling fans where the remote would lose sync every few weeks and you'd have to stand there reprogramming the thing. This one paired right away and has stayed paired. My sister had the same concern when I told her to get one, and she texted me saying she loves it.
The integrated light actually lights up the whole room pretty evenly. I was expecting it to just be a dim little accent but it's genuinely bright enough to use as the main light. The dimming range through the remote is wide too, goes from very soft to fully bright.
Looks so clean on the ceiling. No drooping down rod, no bulk, just sleek and flat. Guests always ask about it.

What I noticed first is how quiet it runs. Even on the highest speed you're getting real airflow without the wobble or hum you'd expect. The low profile design probably helps with that since there's less mass swinging around.
I was a little skeptical about the LED being built in because I figured replacing a bulb would be a nightmare eventually. But the light output is really good and it doesn't run hot at all, so I'm not worried about it burning out anytime soon. Way better than dealing with a separate fixture.
