Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

• Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
• Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

Business days are Monday–Friday. Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM (ET), or on a non-business day, begin processing on the next business day. We email your tracking details when your order ships.

Holidays or carrier disruptions may cause delays. If we cannot ship within the processing window, we will contact you with a revised date or offer a full refund for the unshipped order. See our Shipping Policy for details and help with delays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact us before ordering. Our Shipping Policy explains the shipping service and estimated delivery times.

We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

Once your order is shipped, we send a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates and shipping information.

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

If the estimated delivery window has passed or tracking shows a problem, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and explain the next steps. See our Shipping Policy for help with delayed or missing packages.

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and reason for the return; we will send the return address and instructions.

We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval. Read our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and return shipping costs.

Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.

We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

No restocking fee is deducted. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit after we issue it. See our Return & Refund Policy for the complete process. For an update, contact us with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.

If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

All prices and order totals are in US dollars (USD). You can review your order total before completing payment. Visit Payment Options for details about payment methods, currency and order confirmation.

Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.

Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
