This indoor putting mat is designed for structured use in home or office spaces where outdoor greens are not available. A solid wood frame provides a fixed layout that keeps the putting lane clearly defined during use. The crystal velvet surface is paired with a natural rubber backing to support a uniform rolling surface. Printed reference lines add visual guidance without cluttering the mat.
Where the Ball Follows the Track
The putting surface measures 118 inches in length, allowing multiple marked practice distances along a single lane. A magnetic return track runs along the side of the mat and guides the ball back to the collection tray after each putt. Two hole sizes are integrated at the target end, including a 3.5 inch standard opening and a 2.5 inch reduced opening. The surface layers are bonded to limit shifting during repeated use.
Set It Down, Roll It Out, Put It Away
Setup requires no tools or permanent fixtures. The magnetic return tracks attach directly to the wood base, and the mat unrolls into position on flat indoor flooring. After use, the structure folds for storage under desks, beds, or inside cabinets. Routine care involves wiping the wood frame and lightly brushing the velvet surface to remove debris. Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
