Hanging Ab Straps with Neoprene Padding for Pull-Up Bars Gym
Product details
Hang Strong, Train Harder
Designed for functional use in both home and gym environments, these hanging ab straps are intended for use during core-focused training routines. The straps feature a rip-resistant nylon shell with reinforced stitching for repeated hanging movements. Each strap includes a 5mm neoprene padded elbow section designed to remain in place during extended use. The set is rated for loads up to 330 lbs.
Stability by Design
Each strap attaches to a bar using two steel carabiners intended for suspension during exercise use. The nylon webbing measures 1.5 inches wide to distribute load across the strap surface. The internal padding helps limit side-to-side movement during hanging positions. Compatible with most pull-up bars, multi-gyms, and rack systems, these straps can be used for leg raises, knee lifts, and rotational hold exercises. The compact form allows storage in small spaces or travel bags.
Ready When You Are
Installation requires no tools. Attach the included carabiners to a bar and adjust the hanging height based on arm length. The straps can be stored flat or rolled to reduce storage space. The neoprene surface can be wiped with a mild solution and air-dried between uses. The product weighs 0.68 lb, supporting portability for home or gym storage.
