Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. I was worried the flip doors might feel flimsy or pop open on their own, but they stay closed really well and the mechanism feels solid every time. Nothing rattles around inside either which was a big thing for me after a previous cabinet I had basically fell apart after a few months of use.
Four separate flip compartments means four totally independent storage sections, which I use to separate my everyday shoes, my work shoes, my husband's shoes and a spare section for guests or seasonal stuff. Never thought a shoe cabinet would actually change how organised my hallway feels but here we are.
Honestly just bought this w/o overthinking it and it fits way more shoes than I expected. The adjustable shelves inside make a huge difference because I can actually fit my chunky boots on one level and stack flats on the others. Told my friend to grab one too and she had the same worry about boot height, fits hers just fine.

The flip front design is genuinely clever because you can open just one drawer at a time without the others swinging out. It makes grabbing a pair in a hurry so much easier, especially first thing in the morning. Each compartment holds a decent number of pairs and the shelves inside can move up or down depending on what you're storing.
The surface wipes clean really easily which matters more than I thought it would. Shoes carry in so much dust and dirt and just being able to run a damp cloth over the whole thing keeps it looking tidy. The flip doors also hide everything so the hallway actually looks neat even when it isn't.
