What Happens Under the Lid
The blender runs on a simple twist-to-lock system with a single-speed motor. Once the cup is fixed, the motor starts and spins the blade assembly. The two blade attachments allow switching between blending and grinding tasks. It can process ice, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and dry ingredients like coffee beans. A built-in cooling fan and side vents help manage heat while in use. If the unit gets too warm, it pauses and resumes after cooling.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. Tried doing a coke shake today and it crushed the ice smoothly. also what I really like is that the cups actually seal tight enough to take with you. I blend right in the cup, flip it, and walk out the door. No transferring anything into a separate container.
My last blender would leave big chunks of frozen fruit no matter what I did. This one actually crushes everything smooth, even when I throw in a handful of ice cubes. No more chewing my smoothies.
The 1200 watts makes a noticeable difference when you throw in frozen stuff. Ice goes in solid and comes out completely crushed, not just cracked into smaller chunks. It actually blends it smooth.
