This 36-in evaporative air cooler combines a vertical tower structure with a 4L water reservoir to support continuous airflow cycles. Remote Activated Airflow System

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

How do I choose a product option?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. the water tank does more than I thought it would. on a dry day you can really feel the difference between just a fan and having the evaporative function going. the air coming out feels noticeably cooler and less stuffy 🤩.
Being able to switch between the modes without digging through a complicated menu is something I appreciate every single day. It cycles through nicely and the fan responds quickly when you change the speed. Feels well thought out for everyday use.

honestly just needed something to cool down my living room without cranking the AC all summer. this runs on the sleep mode and keeps things comfortable without me even thinking about it. does exactly what it's supposed to.
What I keep noticing is how well the tower design distributes the cool air. It's not just blasting cold in one direction, it spreads across the room. The 3 speeds give you enough range to dial it in depending on how hot it actually is.
The 4 preset modes are actually useful, not just a gimmick. The sleep mode gradually adjusts the fan speed on its own which is something I didn't expect and honestly it makes a real difference for nighttime use.
I was a little skeptical about evaporative coolers because my old one from years ago left mineral deposits everywhere and smelled musty after a few weeks. This one has been much easier to maintain and hasn't had any odor issues at all so far.
My last tower fan from a different brand was so loud I had to turn it off at night just to sleep. This one runs on the low speed and I genuinely forget it's on. Even the higher speeds are way quieter than I expected.

Exactly what I needed for summer. Bought it for the bedroom and it makes sleeping so much more comfortable without making the room freezing cold like AC does.
