We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. I was worried a double sided blanket would be too thick and heavy to sleep under comfortably, but it's actually really well balanced. it keeps you warm without trapping heat, so I don't wake up sweating in the middle of the night like I used to with my old one

the breathability is real and not just marketing language. I've used it in warmer months with just a sheet and it works fine, and in the colder months I layer it and it holds heat well. it actually does what they say it does for all seasons.

the two sides genuinely feel different from each other, one side has that classic soft fleece feel and the other has more of a flannel texture. depending on my mood or the temperature I just flip it over, which sounds small but I actually use it all the time.
what I noticed pretty quickly is that it doesn't get that clammy feeling under the covers. most blankets I've had trap moisture and get uncomfortable after a while but this one stays feeling fresh even after a full night's sleep under it.
it's just a really good blanket. nothing complicated about it, it keeps me warm when I need it and doesn't overheat me when I don't. my cat has also claimed one corner of it which I take as a good sign.
honestly just threw this on the couch when it arrived and forgot to overthink it. both sides feel different in a nice way, one a little warmer, one a little smoother, and it hasn't gotten stiff or scratchy after washing it a bunch of times.
it drapes really nicely, like it has enough weight to feel substantial on the couch but it's not stiff or board-like. it folds up small enough too, so I keep one in the living room and one in the bedroom without them taking up a ton of space 🛋️!
