Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. I was worried the cover would be one of those cheap zipper situations that breaks after a week, but it's held up really well. Opens and closes smoothly every time and still looks neat sitting in the corner of my room.

5 tiers is more than enough for me, I have boots on the bottom, sneakers in the middle, and flats and sandals toward the top. Everything has its own spot and nothing is stacked on top of each other anymore.
The material of the cover feels sturdy enough that it doesn't sag or droop between the shelves. It keeps its shape, which matters because some of these covered racks look deflated after a little while. This one still looks the same as when I first set it up.
My last shoe rack had no cover and everything got so dusty I basically had to wipe down every pair before wearing them. This one has the cover built in so my shoes actually stay clean from dusts between wears. Such a simple thing but it makes a huge difference
