Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Been using this in my basement closet for a while now and it just does its thing. Pulls a solid amount of moisture out of the air, the tank fills up slower than I expected which is actually nice so I'm not emptying it every single day.
The 44oz tank is a good size for something this compact. I can go a couple days between emptying depending on how humid it's been, and the indicator light tells me when it's time so I'm never guessing ❤️.

What I really like is how light it is. I move it from the bathroom to the bedroom to the closet depending on what needs it most that week, and it's genuinely easy to carry around. The portability is real, not just a selling point.

LOVE IT
The tank slides out cleanly from the bottom and is easy to rinse out. Nothing complicated about maintaining it. I also like that it sits flat and stable on any surface without wobbling around.
