What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. these connect directly to the existing pull chains on the fan without any tools, which was something i wasn't sure about before buying. the loop connector is easy to open and close and it holds firm. no rattling or sliding down the chain either.

honestly these just work fine. grabbed them, looped them on, and they hang nicely without spinning around or tangling up. nothing complicated about it, they just do what they're supposed to do.
For a ceiling fan accessory this small, the detail on the pendants is surprisingly good. You can actually see texture in the finish up close. They hang at a comfortable length too, easy to reach without having to stretch.
