Canvas Hammock Chair Swing with Steel Bar for Patio and Garden
Product details
The Structure Behind the Swing
This hammock chair swing provides a suspended seating option for patios, porches, gardens, campsites, and indoor living spaces. The canvas seat measures 51 in long by 39 in wide and supports up to 500 lb. A steel spreader bar replaces the wooden bars commonly found on many hanging chairs, creating a strong support structure for everyday use. The hanging system incorporates anti-slip components that help maintain rope positioning during installation and use. Its 4.5 lb design makes it quick to move between outdoor and indoor locations. The earth-colored canvas pairs with a variety of backyard and patio layouts.
One Chair, Many Hanging Spots
An adjustable hanging strap with multiple attachment loops allows the chair to be positioned at different heights depending on the mounting location. The included stainless steel carabiner connects to trees, beams, pergolas, porch ceilings, and compatible hammock stands. Multiple suspension ropes distribute weight across the canvas seat while helping maintain the chair's shape. The steel spreader bar consists of three locking sections that assemble into a single support bar. Its suspended design requires minimal floor space, making it suitable for patios, balconies, covered decks, outdoor seating areas, and garden retreats. The chair can also be used indoors in bedrooms, reading corners, and sunrooms where an overhead mounting point is available.
From Backyard Setup to Storage Shelf
The spreader bar assembles quickly and disassembles for storage when needed. When not in use, the chair folds into the included carry bag for transport or seasonal storage. It can be folded to fit easily into storage bins, closets, RV compartments, and garage shelving. The canvas seat is machine washable when placed inside a laundry bag according to the care instructions. Because the fabric is not waterproof, indoor storage is recommended during rain and prolonged wet-weather exposure.
