This camping hammock features an integrated mesh enclosure supported by a ridgeline to help provide vented coverage outdoors. Made from parachute-style nylon, it packs compactly for travel and sets up quickly between two anchor points. The mesh top includes multiple tie-out points to help maintain overhead space while allowing airflow.

The hammock uses nylon fabric with reinforced stitching at the gathered ends. Aluminum-style carabiners attach to suspension straps for fixed tree or post connection. The fine mesh net helps block insects while maintaining breathability. The included 16+1 loop straps accommodate a wide range of hanging distances, allowing simple adjustment during setup.
Assembly and Portability
Setup requires no tools, connect the hammock ends to the straps using the carabiners, then raise the mesh using the included tie-outs. The hammock compresses into the compact carry bag for simple transport. When assembled, it accommodates one to two occupants.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday–Friday. Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM (ET), or on a non-business day, begin processing on the next business day. We email your tracking details when your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?
Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.
No restocking fee is deducted. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit after we issue it. See our Return & Refund Policy for the complete process. For an update, contact us with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. super comfy and strong.. it kind of felt like it's not gonna hold but it did and i’m around 210 lbs btw lol. slept in it ovrnight and stayed comfyyy the whole time :3
Overall really solid hammock. The straps with multiple loops make it easy to get the right height between trees. Also what I like the most is that the mesh or net stays lifted and does not sag on my face when i was inside. WORTH BUY!!!!
