When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday–Friday. Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM (ET), or on a non-business day, begin processing on the next business day. We email your tracking details when your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. Told my friend to get one of these because she kept saying weighted blankets always make her too warm. She was skeptical but picked one up anyway. She texted me saying it stays cool the whole night and the fabric doesn't feel suffocating at all. We're both obsessed.
ok so the cooling part is real. I sleep warm and I was half expecting it to just be marketing language but the woven surface actually stays noticeably cooler than regular fabric. it's become the only thing I'll sleep under now 😌!!
Honestly didn't expect to love this as much as I do. The cooling fabric works, the weight is soothing, and it looks really nice on the bed. Solid all around.
I was worried the woven texture would feel scratchy against bare skin but it's actually really soft. Smooth enough that I use it without anything underneath in warm weather and it feels totally fine.

The glass bead fill is what makes it feel different from poly pellet blankets. The weight is smoother and more fluid somehow, like the pressure spreads out more naturally across your body. It doesn't feel lumpy or concentrated in patches 💯.
The way the beads are distributed through the sections keeps the weight consistent no matter how you position it. You can fold it over, bunch it, wrap it around yourself and it just adapts. The construction feels really well thought out.

the glass beads distribute really evenly and don't bunch up to one side like some fills do. been using it for a while and it still feels just as balanced as when I first unfolded it.
What I noticed right away is that the fabric has this loose, open weave that lets air move through it. Most blankets feel like a barrier but this one doesn't trap warmth against your body. It genuinely runs cool to the touch even after you've had it on for a while.
