This adjustable pull-up bar is built to fit standard doorways without screws or drilling. It uses a dual gear locking system on both ends and iron tubing with 2 mm outer and 1.5 mm inner walls. The bar is rated for loads up to 440 lbs under standard use. The width adjusts from 29.5 to 37 inches to match different door frames. Large PVC end pads rest against the door frame to create surface contact. Arrow markings and built-in spirit levels help guide placement during setup.
How the Locking System Works
The bar uses a 360-degree rotating dual gear lock at each end to help limit movement once positioned. Spirit levels on both sides assist with horizontal placement, and arrow indicators show the correct rotation direction during installation. The extendable structure allows the bar to fit a range of doorway sizes. The iron core forms the main internal structure and is intended for common body-weight exercises such as pull-ups, sit-ups, and hanging leg raises.
Mount, Remove, Store
Installation does not require screws, drilling, or wall mounts. Extend the bar to the desired width and follow the arrow markers to secure it in place. The PVC end pads rest against solid wood or reinforced door frames. The bar includes a full-length foam-covered handle constructed as a single piece. It weighs 4.4 lbs and can be removed and stored when not in use. The compact form makes it suitable for home, apartment, or travel use.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?
Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.
No restocking fee is deducted. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit after we issue it. See our Return & Refund Policy for the complete process. For an update, contact us with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. The bar is designed well, it is relatively easy to install, it is sturdy, it fits multiple door widths. Also, nice padded bar with built in level. I use it everyday.
