This acupressure mat and pillow set features a cotton-linen fabric surface and ABS molded points arranged for consistent distribution. With 8,910 molded points, the set maintains an even surface from neck to hips. The curved pillow is designed for placement under the neck, while the mat accommodates various resting positions. Its plant-based foam core maintains shape integrity and airflow for regular use.
Engineered for Order, Disc by Disc
Each mat includes calibrated ABS discs positioned with measured spacing to create an even contact layout. The integrated foam base retains its shape during repeated sessions. The pillow uses the same ABS discs on a curved foam insert, designed for placement under the neck, lower back, or feet. The structured layout allows use on floors, beds, or cushioned mats.
Unroll, Use, Repeat
This set requires no assembly. Unroll and place on a flat surface as needed. Both covers are removable for cleaning. To wash, remove the foam inserts and hand wash the cotton-linen covers with mild detergent before air drying. The mat’s low-profile build allows compact storage, and its 1.8 lb weight makes it simple to move between rooms.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:
- Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday–Friday. Orders placed at or after 3:00 PM (ET), or on a non-business day, begin processing on the next business day. We email your tracking details when your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout and check it before placing your order.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
If the estimated delivery window has passed or tracking shows a problem, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and explain the next steps. See our Shipping Policy for help with delayed or missing packages.
Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and reason for the return; we will send the return address and instructions.

How do I start a return?
Email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for our authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.
No restocking fee is deducted. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit after we issue it. See our Return & Refund Policy for the complete process. For an update, contact us with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment is completed through Shopify checkout over an encrypted connection. Wallet options depend on your device and browser.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
