9x9 ft Solar Pool Cover 16 Mil Bubble Thermal Spa Blanket Cover
Product details
Keep Pool Heat Around Longer
This solar pool cover uses a 16 mil thick film with a bubble-layer surface designed to sit directly on the water. The air-pocket structure forms a thermal barrier that helps limit heat escape during idle periods. Its square 9x9 ft layout aligns with common spa dimensions, covering the water surface with minimal gaps. The material maintains flexibility while providing enough density to stay in place. Compared to thinner covers, the added thickness supports longer use across seasonal temperature changes. The uniform bubble distribution also helps maintain even surface coverage.
A Smarter Way to Cover Your Spa
The cover functions by trapping heat beneath its bubble layer while reducing evaporation from the water surface. When exposed to sunlight, the transparent material allows light penetration, contributing to passive heat gain. The 16 mil thickness provides a balance between insulation and flexibility for repeated handling. The full-surface contact design minimizes open areas where heat can escape. This structure supports steady temperature retention during periods when the spa is not in use.
Fits Your Off-Season Routine
The cover is placed directly on the water with the bubble side facing down for proper contact. Its compact build allows one person to position or remove it without additional tools. After use, it can be folded or rolled for compact storage nearby. The smooth top layer can be rinsed with water to remove debris or residue. Its flexible construction adapts to slight variations in spa shape, allowing for trimming if needed. The compact form makes it simple to store alongside other spa accessories.
