You can adjust thickness across ten levels, from light slush to thick blends. For proper freezing, use liquids with at least 4% sugar, or alcohol mixes between 2.8% and 16%. The rotating system keeps textures smooth and even.

When will my order arrive?

Where do you ship?

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. I've played around with all 6 presets and they each give a noticeably different result. Some are icier, some are smoother and thicker. It's nice to actually have control over the texture depending on what you're making 👏.
ok so i told my friend to get one of these and she was worried about it leaking all over the counter like her old one did. she messaged me a week later saying she hadn't had a single drip. same experience on my end, the seal on this thing is solid.
My last slushie machine was an absolute nightmare to clean. I'd avoid using it just because of the cleanup dread. This one has an auto clean function that actually works, you just run it through the cycle and you're done. My husband was shocked I was actually using it regularly.

The 92 ounces holds way more than I expected. My previous machine was smaller and always ran out mid-party, which was so annoying. This one keeps up no problem even when we have a crowd over.
I was worried about the consistency of the slush, because cheaper machines I've used in the past just made watery iciness instead of that real thick slushie texture. This actually gets it right. The presets seem to know exactly when to stop and the result is proper slushie every time.
