Wide Backyard Slide Layout
This double lane lawn water slide measures 45 x 6.4 ft, creating a dedicated water play area for larger backyard spaces. The PVC construction forms a continuous sliding surface with raised ridges that help define each lane from start to finish. Compared with shorter single-lane designs, the dual-lane layout allows two users to slide at the same time. Two inflatable bodyboards are included and can be used independently on either lane. Store Between Splash Sessions
Setup begins by laying the slide flat on a grass surface and keeping it in place with the included ground stakes. The bodyboards inflate separately and can be prepared before connecting the water supply. After use, the hose disconnects from the water connector for storage. The PVC material can be wiped down and dried before folding. Stakes, bodyboards, and connection parts can be stored together with the folded slide between uses. The components are designed to fit into seasonal storage areas such as sheds, garages, or outdoor storage bins.

Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?
Check the product description for the dimensions, materials, compatibility and included items that matter to you. Use the option selectors on the product page to choose the version you want, then check your selection in the cart.
If a measurement or compatibility detail is missing, ask us before ordering and include the product name or link so we can help you choose.
How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
