Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. What I really noticed is how much space these save in the fridge compared to containers. Once you suck the air out, the bags flatten down and you can stack so much more in there. Having 30 in the pack also means I never run low, which was a problem with smaller sets I've bought before.
I've tried a few different reusable vacuum bag sets over the years and this one is honestly the best I've used. The material feels durable, the seal is consistent, and I haven't had a single one fail on me since I got them. Would absolutely buy again.

the texture on the outside of these bags helps the vacuum pump grip and pull air out evenly. I didn't expect that detail but it makes a real difference. food stays fresh noticeably longer than when I was using regular zip bags.
these are great for meal prepping. I portion everything out on the weekend and seal it all up, and by the time I get to the last bag mid-week the food is still fresh. really cuts down on waste.

Washing these is easier than I expected. I just turn them inside out, rinse them off, and let them dry on the rack. They're ready to go again pretty quickly and the material doesn't hold onto smells or stains from things like garlic or tomato sauce.

GAME CHANGER!!
