A Hands-On Way to Brew
Brewing is done by pressing a plunger through a mesh filter. The four-level filtration includes a primary metal mesh, spring disk, cross plate, and final screen. Ground coffee or loose tea is immersed in hot water, then separated by pressing the plunger downward. The reusable filter eliminates the need for paper inserts. The unit accommodates a range of brewing styles, including hot and cold preparation.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

Where do you ship?

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

How do I start a return?

We send the return address and instructions by email after reviewing your request. Use the address in those instructions. When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. the 21 oz size is honestly perfect for two people. makes just enough for two full mugs without any going to waste, and the glass lets you see exactly how much you're pouring.
Simple, elegant, and it works exactly as it should. Very pleased with this purchase.
I was worried the steel filter would be a pain to clean but it comes apart easily and rinses out in seconds. spent way too long scrubbing mesh filters on old presses so this was a relief.
the steel filter does something my old paper-filter drip machine never could, it keeps all those natural oils in the coffee so the flavor is so much richer and fuller. you really notice the difference.
my last french press had this terrible plastic taste that ruined every cup. this one is all glass and steel so there's none of that. coffee tastes clean and exactly how it should.
told my coworker to grab one of these because she kept complaining that her old press would shatter if she looked at it wrong. she messaged me a week later saying the glass feels way sturdier than she expected and she's been using it daily.

the glass is thick enough that it holds heat well while the coffee steeps. i usually do a four minute brew and by the time i pour it's still nice and hot. small thing but it matters.
honestly i just brew in it every morning and the plunger goes down smooth every time. no grinds sneaking through into my cup, which used to drive me crazy with cheaper ones.
