What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
