Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required. It's compact enough to move between rooms easily, which I do pretty regularly. I use it in the bathroom after showers and then move it to the utility room. The handle makes carrying it simple and it doesn't feel flimsy.
honestly i was a little skeptical about the size because i've had small dehumidifiers before that were basically useless, but this one actually pulls a decent amount of moisture out of the air. my bathroom no longer smells damp and the walls aren't sweating anymore ❤️.

what i like is that the auto shut-off actually works the way it's supposed to. when the 2.5 litre tank fills up it just stops, no fuss, no overflow. emptying the tank is easy and it clicks back in properly.
The tank capacity is decent for the size of this thing. It fills up noticeably after a humid day, which tells me it's actually doing something. I can see the water level without opening anything up, which is a small but handy detail ❤️.
The sleep mode is genuinely useful. I run it in my bedroom overnight and the noise level drops right down, and the lights dim too so it's not glowing at me while I'm trying to sleep. Really well thought out.

My spare room used to feel so muggy and uncomfortable. Since I started running this in there it feels noticeably fresher and drier. Very pleased with how well it performs.
My last dehumidifier would just keep running and overflow all over the floor if I forgot to check it. This one shuts off on its own when the tank is full, so I don't have to babysit it anymore. Big difference.
The one I had before this was constantly making this rattling noise and it drove me insane. This one runs smoothly and quietly, which I really appreciate, especially in a smaller room.
