The dual chamber layout allows one side to receive fresh material while the other continues composting, reducing the need to empty the entire barrel between batches. An octagonal barrel shape works with internal mixing fins to move material as the drum rotates. Plastic barrel panels are supported by a galvanized steel frame. The stand adjusts from 15 to 25 in to provide ground clearance that suits different backyard layouts.
Every Turn Keeps Material Moving
The barrel rotates manually to circulate material through each chamber during routine composting. Internal fins reposition contents throughout the barrel while airflow enters through the rotating chamber design. Separate chambers allow different compost batches to remain organized within the same frame. Sliding access doors on both sides provide direct loading and compost removal without lifting the barrel from its supports. The elevated frame keeps the rotating drum above ground while maintaining access to both chambers from either side.

Delivery takes an estimated 5–7 business days in total, in two stages:

- Transit: 4–5 business days after your order ships.

Is US shipping free?
We offer free US shipping. There is no minimum order amount. This applies to standard delivery to US addresses.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, with their original packaging and accessories. Contact us before returning. Return postage is your responsibility unless the issue is our error.

When is an approved refund processed?
We inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it and email you the result. If approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days after approval.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email info@charbiechloe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, help us review it.
We will explain the available options, such as a replacement or refund, and any return instructions. Opening or using an item to discover a fault does not automatically make it ineligible. Please contact us before sending it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose a product option?

How can I pay securely?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@charbiechloe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether we can stop your order before it is handed to the carrier. If the cancellation is confirmed, we will promptly refund the payment to your original payment method. For an address or product change, we will check what can still be updated.
Once the carrier has received your order, we generally cannot intercept it. You can request an eligible return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
If shipment is delayed, we will contact you so you can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A refund for an unshipped order canceled because we cannot ship on time is issued promptly, within seven business days of cancellation; no return or inspection is required.
