13" Textured Foam Roller Muscle Massager for Home and Gym Use
Product details
Your Routine, Refined for Precision
This 13-inch foam roller combines structure and texture to provide even surface contact across large and small body areas. Its EVA foam core maintains shape after repeated compression, ensuring reliable contact with every roll. The grid design creates surface variation that resembles hand-style texture patterns, giving users a controlled and predictable surface interaction.
Structure that Works as You Do
Every detail of this foam roller supports versatility and general-use applications. The textured grid pattern is divided into multiple contact zones to allow smooth movement along different body areas. Its firm EVA construction resists flattening, maintaining consistent shape even under full-body weight. The roller measures 13 by 5.1 inches, fitting easily into gym bags or small home spaces. Resistant to water and sweat, it’s suitable for use before or after physical activity, warmups, or routine stretching sessions.
Practical in Every Space
This roller can be used in any environment, home, gym, or outdoor setting. The smooth ends allow stable contact on floors or mats, while the grid texture provides surface grip during rolling. Cleaning requires only a quick wipe-down with mild soap and water. Its size fits easily into backpacks or storage bins, making it convenient for travel or shared family use.
